WHO in Somalia
Donors and partners
Resource mobilization and donor assistance are essential in accomplishing WHO’s work in Somalia in terms of scope and quality. The WHO Country Office in Somalia would like to express its gratitude to the many donors and partners who have placed their confidence in us to carry out our work efficiently and effectively in leading important health initiatives alongside the Somali national authorities and the health workforce around the country. Their contributions – assessed, in kind, and voluntary – have allowed WHO to persevere in delivering improved health care and access to the Somali people.
We also thank Somalia’s health authorities at all levels, Somali communities, health workers, health cluster members, and the WHO team representing the Organization in every corner of Somalia.
