Click for a larger viewThe health and biomedical devices programme of the WHO Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean will conduct a five-day workshop for national health technology officers in Sudan from 13 to 17 September 2012. The workshop aims to strengthen national staff capacities on improving access, quality and use of medical devices.
The workshop will focus on leading topics and issues within the health technology management technical series (Figure 1). It will include educational and networking sessions for biomedical equipment technicians, clinical engineers, biomedical engineers, asset managers, hospital information technology specialists, and other healthcare technology management professionals.
